Transport operations platform · UAE
Vexto brings routes, trips, live tracking, attendance and payments into one platform for staff and passenger transport operators — with dedicated apps for your dispatchers, your drivers and your passengers.
The reality of growth
Most operators start with what works: a WhatsApp group per route, a spreadsheet of passengers, a phone that never stops ringing. It works — until there are more buses, more shifts and more people asking the same questions.
One operating system
Passengers, routes, drivers and vehicles are planned once. Trips run on that plan, live. Attendance, notifications and payments follow from what actually happened — without anybody re-typing it.
01 · Plan
02 · Run
03 · Follow through
One platform, three apps — the same trip, seen by everyone who needs it.
For operators
The operator portal replaces the group chats, the spreadsheets and the phone calls with one live picture of your operation, and the tools to run it.
Trips running, buses reporting, overdue departures and what needs you — the first things a dispatcher needs, first.
Every bus on one map. Select one to see its planned route, the path it has driven, its next stop and who is waiting.
Late departures, buses that stopped reporting and passenger issues surface on their own, live.
Plan routes stop by stop, run the day from the trip board, and keep a record of every trip.
For drivers
Drivers see one thing at a time: the trip, the next pickup, and the two buttons that record what happened. Nothing to type while the engine is running.
The upcoming trip, then the running trip, readable at a glance from the driver’s seat.
Who, which stop, and a Navigate button — the largest thing on the screen.
Boarded or No show at the door. The office sees it as it happens.
Location keeps reporting while the trip runs, so the office and passengers see the bus without calling the driver.
Lose signal mid-trip and the manifest, route and buttons still work. Changes wait and sync, in order, when the connection is back.
For passengers
Passengers open the app and see their bus on the map, when it will arrive, and what they need to do — in English or Arabic. The questions they used to phone in, they answer themselves.
With an arrival estimate only when a fresh location backs it — and a plain “last updated” when it doesn’t.
Upcoming rides at a glance, and “Not travelling?” in one tap, so the driver knows before the stop.
The bus has started, it’s a few minutes away, time to leave — as notifications, in English or Arabic.
Every ride, with what happened on it, and a way to report an issue.
See what is due, pay by card in the app where the operator offers it, and get a receipt.
Real time
Every bus reports its position as it drives. Your team sees the planned route against the path actually driven; passengers see an arrival time only when a fresh location backs it — and a clear “last updated” when it doesn’t.
“Reporting now”, “last fix 4 s ago” — never just a dot that might be old.
The route the bus should take, and the path it actually took, side by side.
Play a finished trip back with a clock and a scrubber when a question comes up later.
Connections drop and come back; the apps reconnect and carry on without a restart.
Features
Three areas of work, one set of data underneath — and the platform qualities that hold it together.
01
Plan the day, run it live, and keep a record of what happened.
02
The people you move, the people who drive, and what they drive.
03
Know who has paid, and tell passengers what they need to know.
Passenger app and notifications in both languages, with proper right-to-left layout.
Each operator has its own workspace. Data never mixes between operators.
Owners, dispatchers and finance see and do what their role allows — enforced by the server.
A web portal for the office, and apps for drivers’ tablets and passengers’ phones.
What changes
Assignments, changes and attendance live in one place instead of across chats and calls.
Where every bus is, who is on it and what is running late — without asking anyone.
Late departures and silent buses surface by themselves, so problems are seen while they can still be fixed.
Passengers see their own bus and get told when it matters, in their language.
Every trip keeps what happened: who boarded, when it left, the path it drove.
Who has paid, what is due and what drivers collected in cash, without a spreadsheet.
Vexto is designed, built and run by ZynQube, a technology company focused on platforms for real-world operations. The same team that builds it supports it.
About ZynQubePasswordless sign-in with one-time email codes, encrypted connections, and card numbers that Vexto never stores.
Every request is checked on the server against the person’s role and their operator.
A modular platform built to grow from a first route to a large fleet.
Apps that reconnect on their own, and a driver app that keeps working offline.
Early operator programme
We’re working closely with a small number of UAE transport operators ahead of wider launch. Tell us about your operation and we’ll arrange a walkthrough of Vexto with your routes in mind.
