What drivers and operators ask
What does a driver need?
A tablet or phone with the Vexto driver app and a data connection to start the trip. Sign-in is a one-time code sent by email — no password to remember.
What happens if the connection drops mid-trip?
The trip carries on. The manifest, stops and route stay on screen, the GPS keeps recording, and Boarded, No show and Drop off still work. Changes wait on the device and sync in order when the connection returns.
Does the driver see passengers’ payment details?
No. A driver sees who to pick up and where. Amounts, due dates and invoice numbers never reach the driver app.
