No. Live location comes from the Vexto driver app on the tablet or phone your driver already uses for the trip, so there is no separate device to buy or install.
Yes. Each operator has its own workspace, and every request is checked on the server against the operator and the person’s role, so one operator never sees another’s data.
The passenger app and its notifications are in Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layout. The operator portal and driver app are in English today.
Pricing is agreed with each operator during our early operator programme, based on the shape of your operation. We will talk it through on your demo.
Yes, where you enable it: passengers can see their invoices and pay by card in the app, and a receipt follows. Cash collected by drivers can be recorded too.
