For passengers

Know where the bus is. Without calling anyone.

The Vexto passenger app shows each rider their next trip, their bus live on a map, their schedule and payments — and tells them when it’s time to leave, in English or Arabic.

For passengers

Fewer “where is the bus?” calls.

Passengers open the app and see their bus on the map, when it will arrive, and what they need to do — in English or Arabic. The questions they used to phone in, they answer themselves.

  • The bus, live on a map

With an arrival estimate only when a fresh location backs it — and a plain “last updated” when it doesn’t.

  • Their schedule, their absences

Upcoming rides at a glance, and “Not travelling?” in one tap, so the driver knows before the stop.

  • Told at the right moment

The bus has started, it’s a few minutes away, time to leave — as notifications, in English or Arabic.

  • Trip history

Every ride, with what happened on it, and a way to report an issue.

  • Payments and receipts

See what is due, pay by card in the app where the operator offers it, and get a receipt.

Questions

What passengers ask

How accurate is the arrival time?

Vexto shows an arrival estimate only when it is based on a fresh location from the bus. If the bus has not reported recently, the app says when it was last seen instead of guessing.

What if a passenger is not travelling one day?

They tap “Not travelling?” for that ride. The operator and driver see it, so nobody waits at a stop for someone who is not coming.

Is the passenger app available in Arabic?

Yes. Passengers choose English or العربية, and the whole app — including notifications — follows their choice.
