Who we are

This website is operated by ZynQube, the company that builds and runs Vexto. Where this notice says “we”, it means ZynQube.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you request a demo or contact us, we receive the details you enter:

• your company name, your name and your work email address;
• your phone number and fleet size, if you give them;
• your message.

At present the form opens your own email app with your message ready to send, so these details reach us as an email from you. We use them only to reply and to arrange a demo, and we don’t sell or share them for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services, and loads no third-party trackers. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a font service. That is why there is no cookie banner.

If that ever changes, this notice will change first, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Server logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records basic technical information about each request — such as the IP address, the page requested and the time — to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.

The Vexto apps

This notice covers this website only. Information processed in the Vexto operator portal, driver app and passenger app is handled under the agreement with the transport operator that provides the service, and the privacy information in those apps.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@vexto.ae.
